To complete your online booking, we require your full name, phone number and email address. Please note that if the booking process is not completed with the information requested, your session will be automatically canceled. 

• Confirmation Email: You should receive an email or message confirming your booking, including details such as date, time and booking reference number.

New clients may also need to provide a 50% deposit or credit card information to finalize their reservation.

Your well-being is our top priority, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our facility. We maintain a shoes-free and smoke-free environment and kindly ask that you avoid wearing scented products during your sessions.

Our team follows rigorous cleaning protocols, including the sanitization of all surfaces and equipment after each use. We also provide fresh linens, breathable clothing and ensure that our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between appointments.

For Traditional Thai or Deep Tissue massages, you will remain fully dressed and we provide breathable clothing for your convenience.

Our team implements a draping method to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout the massage. If you experience any discomfort or need adjustments to the draping or massage technique, please let us know.

Furthermore, we maintain a shoes-free and smoke-free environment. All clients are requested to wear indoor slippers which will be provided in the lobby. 

We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early to relax in our waiting room and enjoy our waiting lounge. If it’s your first visit, we may ask you to complete some forms.

Please note that if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients' appointments. We cannot extend the time, and the full payment for the original appointment duration will still be required. To ensure you receive the full benefit of your session, we encourage you to arrive on time.

Communication is key. We need to know what you're feeling and experiencing, and what you're looking to gain to best help you. In turn, we will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it. 

• Punctuality: Arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled session and enjoy our waiting lounge.
• Hygiene: For the best experience, we recommend taking a warm shower before your massage. This helps to relax your muscles and enhances the benefits of the treatment. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing scented products during your sessions.
• Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and after your session to help flush out toxins and stay hydrated.
• Rest Afterward: Allow yourself some time to rest and absorb the benefits of the massage after your session. Avoid strenuous activities for a few hours to give your body a chance to fully relax and rejuvenate.

It’s not uncommon to experience red marks or temporary discolouration after a massage. These marks are usually the result of increased circulation and the release of tension in your muscles. This typically fades within a few hours to a couple of days.

Our convenient location offers free parking both in front and behind the building. Please use the designated parking areas for Unit 3 and follow the signs for Visitors Parking.

We do not offer Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) services or bill directly to insurance. Our focus is on providing Traditional Thai and Deep Tissue massage. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for reimbursement options. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged the full price of the session.

If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is sick, please reschedule your appointment. This ensures the safety and well-being of both clients and staff.

If you arrive late, your session maybe shortened to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply.

Absolutely. Our team is trained to provide professional and compassionate care to everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. We are committed to fostering an environment of acceptance and respect for all individuals, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+. 

To schedule a couples massage, please reach out to our office directly during business hours, as online booking is not available for this service.

Traditional Thai massage is regarded as part of the art, science and culture of traditional Thai healthcare. As a non-medicinal remedy and manual therapy, it involves bodily manipulation in which the practitioner helps rebalance the patient’s body, energy and structure to treat illnesses believed to be caused by the obstruction of energy flow along ‘sen’, lines understood to crisscross the human body. This manipulation is intended to normalize the four body elements: earth, water, wind and fire. To open up blocked routes, Thai therapists perform a combination of manipulations using their hands, elbows, knees and feet.

Thai massage is a legitimate therapeutic practice focused on improving well-being, and we adhere strictly to this professional standard.

Our skilled team are professionals and any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to end a session immediately if a client is acting inappropriately, and full payment will be required.
